We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing capability, an understanding of the Australian solar market, and the ability to develop strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote solar products and services across Australia.
* Conduct detailed market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends within the solar industry.
* Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns—digital, social media, print, and events—tailored to specific Australian regions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to drive effective lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
* Enhance the company's digital presence, including website optimisation, SEO improvements, and online advertising management.
* Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives to educate and promote the benefits of solar energy.
* Produce engaging content such as blog articles, videos, and educational materials related to solar solutions.
* Coordinate with external agencies and partners to deliver creative and high-impact marketing campaigns.
* Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
* Stay updated on the Australian solar industry landscape, government incentives, and regulations to identify opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, associations, and partners to enhance brand credibility.
* Attend industry events, expos, and conferences to represent the brand, generate leads, and monitor market developments.
* Provide market insights to the product development team to support improvement and innovation.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform product positioning and business strategy.
* Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximise ROI.
Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within a technical or energy-related industry.
