Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to management and assist with accounts receivable/payable.
- Support quality management initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in HR-related tasks and learning opportunities within the company.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or relevant fields is preferred.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
