About the Position
* Assist the Head of Hardware Engineering & Manufacturing and his team with day-to-day HR guidance and support.
* Collaborate on global projects, implementing HR initiatives that foster growth and productivity.
* Ensure a safe and functional work environment for manufacturing employees and engineers.
Key Qualifications
* Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven exposure to generalist HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
* Good understanding of relevant industrial instruments, such as Fair Work Awards and Work Health & Safety Act.
