Lead with Purpose. Change Lives with AEIOU.
Join AEIOU and become part of a community passionate about creating brighter futures. This is more than a professional role—it's a career-defining opportunity to lead with heart, purpose, and impact and specialise in early intervention with neurodivergent children.
At AEIOU Foundation, our mission is simple yet powerful: to deliver life-changing early intervention for young children with autism. What sets us apart is how we bring this mission to life—through evidence-based practices, personalised support, and a deeply committed team.
Working within a team of therapy professionals, and supported by strong organisational frameworks and clinical supervision, AEIOU is recognised as a leader in early intervention for young children with autism and neurodivergence.
We maintain tailored caseloads to ensure every child receives the individualised attention they need to thrive. This allows our teams to build strong, trusting relationships, respond to each child's unique developmental needs, and create more meaningful learning opportunities. For children with autism, this tailored approach is vital—it supports communication, engagement, and long-term progress, while also creating a calmer, safer environment for children and staff alike.
Our service is family-focused, empowering caregivers with education, resources, and connection through structured parent training and engagement sessions. AEIOU's model is built on a foundation of respect, collaboration, and evidence-based research, ensuring that children and their families receive the highest standard of care and support.
