We're looking for a customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our friendly and professional team.
Your Responsibilities
* Greet, check-in and check-out guests with genuine warmth and efficiency
* Handle guest enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Process daily transactions and balance shifts accurately
* Issue room keys while maintaining guest privacy and security
* Deliver personalised recommendations for dining, shopping and local attractions
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional guest service
* Complete general administrative and hotel-related duties
