Overnight Porter - Luxury Hotel
We are seeking a Dedicated and Efficient Overnight Porter to join our team at The Langham Hotel Melbourne. As an Ambassador of the Langham Brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all guests with a warm and welcoming smile
* Assist guests entering and departing the hotel with luggage
* Deliver luggage to, and collect luggage from guest rooms
* Valet car parking
* Familiarise guests with the hotel rooms, facilities, amenities and services
* Assisting with guest requests
Requirements:
* A strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proven organisational & time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to accept shift work – night shift
* A current full manual Australian driver's license or International Driver's Licence (manual)
