This is an exciting opportunity to be a vital member of the Wellbeing and Inclusion team, playing a key part in the smooth running of the Student Education Assistant (SEA) program. Your exceptional organisational skills will keep everything on track, from managing staff rosters and maintaining accurate records to streamlining communication across the team.
Your work will directly enhance the student experience and empower staff. You will be working in a dynamic and inclusive organisation that values collaboration, diversity, and the power of education.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual who can support our staff and students effectively. The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar, and/or demonstrated competence through relevant administrative experience in a team-based setting.
The ideal candidate will also be flexible to work across all Gordon campuses in Geelong and Wyndham, with experience in coordinating staff schedules and being competent in Microsoft Office suite.
