As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will manage a range of professional indoor products and solutions.

What you’ll do
Operational:
1. Manage the product portfolio of Professional Lighting products and solutions in the Australian Market.
2. Lead product marketing strategy for the product portfolio into our Customer Channel s
3. Leverage competitor benchmarks & positioning to address product white spaces and strengthen Market Share
4. Be the market product expert, owning technical product knowledge, based upon input toolkit and training by Division
5. Support Sales & Supply Chain in the S&OP process
Financials
6. Manages Sales and Margin
7. Manages price erosion and price-volume-mix-currency effects
Customer
8. Ensure customer needs are captured in the new product development and product improvement process
9. Drive levers to enable product information availability for customers
10. Support Customer Satisfaction team for post-sales support product knowledge related activities
11. Support the Market organization with training and product marketing knowledge
12. Connect with customers and visit point of sales to gather direct market insights
People
13. Drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility
14. Provide input to develop capabilities to drive performance of the assigned portfolio
Your qualifications
15. 5+ years in product management
16. Technology based industry experience
17. Tertiary education in business and/ or marketing
18. Strong team player able to work on multiple priorities within a matrixed organisation
