We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute Area Manager to lead a portfolio of five high-performing jewellery retail stores across Sydney's western suburbs. This is a pivotal leadership role within a premium retail environment, suited to someone who thrives on driving performance, elevating customer experience, and developing strong, high-performing store teams. You will step into a well-structured business with strong brand foundations, supported by a comprehensive onboarding program and close partnership with senior leadership as you shape and grow the performance of your region.
