Role Overview
Six Degrees Executive is partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led brand in the pet and lifestyle category. This business has built a loyal consumer base through premium products, ethical sourcing, and a genuine passion for enriching the lives of pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead CRM strategy and implementation across segmentation, automation, and personalisation
2. Drive loyalty and repeat purchase outcomes through targeted EDM and SMS campaigns
3. Align lifecycle activity with broader brand and trading priorities
4. Own the digital campaign calendar across paid, owned, and earned channels
5. Manage performance marketing strategy with agency partners, including budgets, pacing, and KPI delivery
6. Oversee media performance across ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion and attribution models
7. Conduct market and competitor reviews to guide campaign direction and commercial decision-making
8. Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimise customer journey, UX, CRO and merchandising
9. Lead reporting and weekly / monthly commercial insights to drive decisions across the leadership team
10. Manage attribution, testing, and experimentation to identify new opportunities for scale
11. Work directly with brand, product, fulfilment and customer service teams for end-to-end campaign execution
12. Present campaign insights and performance back to the business
13. Support the delivery of organic social activity alongside internal and external contributors
14. Work with ambassadors, influencers, affiliates and broader community partners to amplify reach and engagement
About You
You'll be a proactive, data-led marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You're comfortable owning digital channels end-to-end and thrive in a nimble, collaborative environment.
Key qualifications include:
* 5+ years in eCommerce, performance or digital marketing
* Strong understanding of CRM, paid media, social, analytics and CRO
* Experience managing external agency relationships
* Proven track record using Shopify and CRM tools (Klaviyo, Gorgias, Recharge or similar)
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into action
* Desirable experience within pet, lifestyle, wellness or D2C
