Mars Healthcare are partnering with a growing NDIS allied-health provider seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their Logan based team. Role Responsibilities
* Manage a varied NDIS caseload, delivering personalised therapy to participants
* Conduct functional assessments and develop therapy plans to meet participant goals
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior clinicians
* Lead internal presentations and contribute to service development initiatives
* Recommend assistive technology and environment modifications
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic participant care

About You
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 2 years' experience delivering NDIS therapy services
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
* Positive, proactive, and participant-focused approach
