Your new role
As a Financial Adviser, you will provide personalised advice to members on a defined range of financial matters, with a strong focus on superannuation, retirement planning, estate planning and related optimisation opportunities.
* Deliver compliant, tailored personal advice across multiple channels including face‐to‐face, phone and video.
* Provide quality personal advice on superannuation products and services covering defined benefit superannuation schemes.
* Build trusted relationships with existing and prospective members.
* Prepare high quality Statements of Advice and maintain accurate records in line with ASIC and licensee requirements.
* Stay across evolving tax, super and investment legislation to ensure advice is technically correct and up to date.
* Identify new referral opportunities, contribute to lead‐generation activities, and participate in workplace seminars.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the member experience and support broader business goals.
* Mentor staff on advice opportunities and engage with stakeholders to strengthen employer and member connections.
What You'll Need To Succeed
* A degree in Financial Planning, Business, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
* Completion of the Financial Adviser Exam.
* Eligibility to provide tax (financial) advice and listing on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register.
* Experience providing face‐to‐face financial planning advice.
* Strong technical capability across superannuation, retirement strategies and complex Defined Benefit funds.
* Strong compliance discipline, analytical skills, and the ability to tailor bespoke solutions.
* High professionalism, ethics, member‐centric focus and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for short trips to capital cities or regional areas.
