Job Title: Senior Corporate Counsel

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide timely, accurate legal advice to support business decisions and mitigate risk.
• Deliver company secretarial services for operational subsidiaries—and potentially Mutual Limited.
• Collaborate with senior and executive leaders on high-impact projects aligned with our strategic goals.
• Manage own matters with autonomy, including stakeholder engagement and coordination within internal areas.
• Mentor and support junior legal team members, fostering growth and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
* Deep knowledge of financial services, contracts, technology law, IP, debt recovery, and corporate governance.
* Proven experience in risk and compliance, including regulatory engagement and incident resolution.
* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to understand and convey complex concepts to non-legal backgrounds.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, including short deadlines.
* Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.
* Demonstrated negotiation of contract skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 years post-admission experience in a corporate/commercial legal environment.
* Background in public companies or financial services (credit or insurance) is highly desirable.
