About the Role
If you are a new graduate physiotherapist looking for an exciting opportunity in healthcare, this program is designed to provide tailored individual support while optimising career opportunities. We are looking for Physiotherapists graduating at the end of 2025 to work in the following areas:
* Physiotherapy In The Rehabilitation, Aged And Community Services (RACS) — a Division providing multidisciplinary rehabilitation, aged and community-based care. You will rotate across four clinical areas with opportunities in hospital, outpatient, or home-based neurological and musculoskeletal community settings.
* Physiotherapy At North Canberra Hospital (NCH) — services across acute inpatient wards and outpatient settings. New graduates may rotate across four clinical areas and participate in weekend and public holiday rosters.
Successful HP1 new graduate year candidates will rotate across clinical specialty areas within their recruited Division to gain a broad range of experiences. Ongoing education opportunities are provided through the Allied Health New Graduate program and Allied Health Clinical Education Unit.
