Leadership Role Overview
This full-time position oversees the delivery of services at a residential aged care facility and home care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective, compliant, and person-centered delivery of all services.
* Lead and support a diverse team including nurses, carers, allied health professionals, and hospitality staff
* Ensure compliance with aged care regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
* Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency
* Coordinate funding tool documentation and reporting
* Identify and manage risks across all service areas
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff
* Drive a culture of coaching, development, and high performance
