Role Overview
The Clinical Lead is responsible for providing expert clinical services and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians.
This position requires the ability to think critically, problem solve and make timely sound clinical decisions whilst working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level clinical services and consultancy to children and adolescents experiencing high level acuity of mental health issues.
* Support and supervise mental health clinicians from all disciplines, upholding standards of clinical practice.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
* Proven expertise in clinical leadership and supervision, with a strong understanding of assessment and evidence-based interventions.
* Demonstrated experience in provision of mental health services to children, adolescents and their families/carers.
