Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities:
* Support customers in identifying suitable products and services that meet their needs.
* Assist with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer details.

Working Conditions:
Multiple positions available, 32+ hours per week. Positions operate Monday to Friday within operating hours of 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Friday). Some Saturday trade may also be involved from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
