Scope
To supervise project delivery works including safe, efficient and economic running of projects in conjunction with Operations Manager or Regional Manager within the local region. The position will serve the business nationally and supervise projects based on national needs and scheduling.

Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in road/civil construction
- Strong knowledge of road reconstruction machinery
- Proven interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and written communication

Key Responsibilities
1. Quotation & Tendering
2. Assist with supplier pricing, site/client visits, and productivity/methodology inputs
3. Project Preparation
4. Conduct site visits and identify risks
5. Coordinate service location (DBYD and SPA procedures)
6. Plan project methodology and resources
7. Prepare documentation (PMP, SWMS, PRA, WI, ETP forms)
8. Procure subcontractors and materials
9. Develop traffic control plans
10. Project Delivery
11. Liaise with client supervisors and SPA Foremen/Leading Hands
12. Ensure project delivery meets specifications and client expectations
13. Monitor progress and implement improvements
14. Update project programs and escalate contractual issues
15. Ensure compliance with SPA policies and procedures
16. Resolve operational issues promptly
17. Conduct site visits before plant/resources leave full-service site
18. Marketing & Client Relations
19. Conduct client visits and provide technical advice
20. Handle customer inquiries and dispute resolution
21. Human Resources
22. Deliver training, toolbox talks, and short courses
23. Communicate company policies and resolve staff grievances
24. Document HR discussions in collaboration with HR Advisor
25. Reporting
26. Report on crew performance, operator maintenance, client satisfaction, and workmanship quality
27. Maintain written documentation for commercial and contractual matters
28. Management Systems
29. Conduct monthly site audits (QA, Safety, Setting)
30. Perform Foreman resource audits
31. Ensure compliance with legislation and SPA management systems
32. Recommend system improvements
33. Purchasing & Subcontractor Management
34. Pre-order products and subcontractors
35. Obtain competitive quotes
36. Monitor subcontractor performance
37. Plant Maintenance
38. Coordinate with Project, Operations, and Plant Managers
39. Ensure regular machinery maintenance
40. Manage preventative and reactive maintenance efficiently
41. Miscellaneous
42. Provide feedback to senior management on company improvements
