**Visual Merchandise Coordinator Role**
About the Job
The role involves executing visual merchandise in line with brand standards and creative direction. You will work closely with the retail store team to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan floor moves in conjunction with relevant store/department manager to maximize sale opportunities and maintain brand standards.
* Evaluate and balance commercial and visual needs of the business when implementing merchandising or displays.
* Support store teams by assisting in their training and development needs related to visual merchandising.
* Build relationships with key personnel in Myer, DJ's, and provide training on VM and Country Road standards where appropriate.
* Maintain strong styling of mannequins in windows and focal areas and top of shelf displays in line with VM direction at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a comparable VM role both instore and apparel-based divisions.
* Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Ability to analyze the business and take appropriate action.
* Experience in the retail industry, with an acute sense of personal style and presentation.
