Job Title: Bar Attendant
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar Attendant to join our team in a busy, fast-paced venue.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
We offer competitive salaries ranging from $69,000.00 to $80,000.00 per annum, as well as free accommodation and meals for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide exceptional customer service and greet customers in a welcoming and friendly manner.
2. To take orders, confirm them with the kitchen staff and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
3. To answer phones and place takeaway orders accurately and promptly.
4. To process payments efficiently and effectively.
5. To assist with food preparation as required.
6. To maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
7. To stocktake and order supplies as needed.
8. To roster and train new staff members as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* An RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical fitness to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
