We're now looking for an Account Manager to join us. You'll be working across media, creative and production, keeping things on track, asking the right questions and delivering a great outcome.
Position Description
As an Account Manager at DPR&Co, you play a critical role within the account team, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and campaigns that drive outstanding client outcomes.
Working closely with your Account Director, you are responsible for execution excellence, attention to detail and smooth coordination across internal teams and partners. You'll take ownership of day-to-day project delivery while also building strong, trusted relationships with your clients.
This is a dynamic role requiring strong organisational capability, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across integrated campaigns.

* You support your Account Director and broader team in delivering high-quality work across all projects
* You ensure all deliverables are executed accurately, on time and in line with client expectations
* You maintain strong attention to detail across all aspects of delivery
* You proactively manage timelines, dependencies and deliverables to avoid delays or issues
2. Client Relationships
* You build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with your clients, becoming a trusted and reliable point of contact
* You confidently manage client communication on projects where senior oversight isn't required day-to-day, with guidance from your Account Director
* You develop an understanding of your clients' business, priorities and challenges to support better delivery and decision-making
* You ensure clients feel informed, supported and confident in DPR&Co's work at every stage of a project
* You respond to client queries proactively and professionally, managing expectations and timelines effectively
* You escape key risks, opportunities or relationship considerations to your Account Director as needed
3. Internal Coordination
* You act as a key liaison between internal teams (media, creative, production) to ensure aligned and efficient delivery
* You coordinate inputs from internal specialists and external partners
* You ensure briefs, feedback and updates are clearly communicated and understood
* You foster productive working relationships built on accountability and collaboration
4. Project & Workflow Management
* You support the development and delivery of clear project briefs
* You manage day-to-day workflow across multiple projects and campaigns
* You track progress, flag risks and elevate issues to your Account Director as required
* You ensure adherence to DPR&Co processes, systems and timelines
5. Operational & Financial Support
* Job setup, purchase orders and estimate tracking
* Supplier coordination and quotation sourcing
* Invoice tracking and reconciliation
* You support the team in keeping projects within approved budgets and timelines
* You assist in monitoring internal time allocation against project scopes
6. Campaign Support & Reporting
* You support the coordination and delivery of integrated campaigns across digital and media channels
* You liaise with media teams to ensure campaign requirements are executed accurately
* You assist in the preparation of WIP reports, client updates and performance summaries
* You collate reporting inputs from internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
Key Responsibilities
* You support day-to-day account delivery in partnership with your Account Director
* You manage client communication and relationships at a project level
* You coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
* You manage timelines, deliverables and project administration
* You prepare reporting, WIPs and campaign summaries
* You respond to client and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
* You ensure all work is delivered in line with DPR&Co processes and quality standards
