Boilermaker/Welder Role

* Work to established protocols for best practice and service standards.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot wheel damage effectively.
* Evaluate equipment to ensure operational requirements are met, facilitating safe work practices.
* Conduct thorough inspections of each wheel following every process stage of repair.
* Risk assess any tasks performed outside identified Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) with a supervisor's review prior to commencement.
* Accurately complete required documentation.
