About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager People Services, this role is responsible for supporting both the People and Culture division with all system and reporting requirements and supporting the Risk division with system requirements relating to Protecht and Intuition.
Responsibilities include:
System Administration
* Maintenance of all systems in People & Culture and identified systems in Risk.
* Provide a centralised support service for internal customers; obtain information, analyse, fix and/or escalate to system vendor for resolution.
* Log service (i.e. issues) requests with the system vendor and work with the vendor and internal stakeholders to resolve.
System Change Management
* Configure system changes (i.e. upgrades/updates) as required and coordinate and/or apply software releases including the implementation of changes driven by legal or regulatory changes.
* Co-ordinate system changes and manage change impacts with system vendor and internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder management
* Establish and maintain relationships with system vendors and third party system SME's as required.
* Lead system and service review meetings with system vendors i.e. account management meetings.
* Provide advice and ongoing support to internal stakeholders regarding systems.
System User Support
* Establish and maintain user guides and processes (incl. Promapp) for systems.
* Provide coaching to users as required.
Projects
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support internal stakeholders to improve systems and associated processes.
* Support the interpretation of relevant legal and regulatory requirements as they relate to system requirements for data capture and reporting e.g., ATO, AML / CTF, CPS 220.
* Support the identification and selection of new modules/systems and the development of project plans to implement new modules/systems inclusive of business requirement gathering, external vendor assessment, contract finalisation, system configuration, testing, training and change management (incl. communications).
* Support the identification of system integration opportunities including assessment, planning and implementation.
This is a Permanent, Full-time position, with eligibility for hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
What will you bring?
* Significant experience using iChris and other systems provided by Frontier Software (must-have).
* Experience in a similar hands-on position supporting People & Culture and Risk related systems (i.e. system administration, configuration) and reporting in a commercial environment.
* Experience with Risk related systems, Protecht and Intuition, will be an advantage, but not essential.
* Experience setting up integrations between systems i.e. using APIs, Excel files.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience using data visualisation software i.e. MS Power BI.
* Experience using Visio and other process mapping tools i.e. Promapp.
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
* The ability to analyse data, identify trends and present data in a meaningful way.
* Experience managing and/or supporting systems and reporting related projects
* Demonstrated stakeholder/relationship management and influencing skills.
* Strong communication with the ability to convey potentially complex systems and/or data issues clearly and simply for non-systems specialists to understand.
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work productively both independently and as a part of a team.
* Effective time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, manage expectations and deliver to agreed timelines.
* Strong systems and digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
* Tertiary degree qualification in a Business or IT related discipline
