About the role: Located in Bondi NSW, you will be part of a care team supporting our male client. You will provide support with Activities of Daily Living, as well as clinical support with management of a catheter. An extensive onboarding program will be provided with buddy shifts to help you with your training and education in the client's care routine. Your key responsibilities: Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker who can undertake the following key responsibilities: Personal Cares Pressure Area Care and Skin Integrity Support General Household Tasks Community Access, i.e. grocery shopping/ appointments Catheter Care Monday- Sunday 8pm-12am Shifts including AD HOC shifts About you To join the team, we are looking for the following skills and experience: Certificate III in Individual Support or above (Relevant care certificates may also be considered) Specific Disability / Complex Care Experience (Minimum 2 years experience) Manual handling certificate and experience (Essential) Yellow Card/NDIS Worker's Screening Check NDIS Orientation Module English Fluency - Verbal and Written Current First Aid and CPR Full NSW Driving Licence and Full Comprehensive Car Insurance About us: Drake Medox continues to be one of Australia's most recognised and esteemed providers of complex homecare services.
