The Role
As an experienced Property Manager, you'll take full ownership of your own well-managed portfolio. You'll be empowered to work autonomously, supported by a positive culture that values professionalism, communication, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a well-maintained residential property portfolio end-to-end
* Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
* Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections using modern digital tools
* Conduct lease renewals, rent reviews, and maintenance coordination
* Handle arrears, tribunal preparation, and compliance with ACT legislation
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely property maintenance
* Deliver outstanding client service and maintain Hive's quality standards

About You
We're looking for a confident, proactive Property Manager who's ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive, modern environment.
You will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience managing a property portfolio
* A current ACT Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (ACT)
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and within a team
* Proficiency in property management software (PropertyMe or similar)
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
