**Job Title:** Customer Services Officer
About the Role
This role provides an opportunity to join our team as a key ambassador for our facility, delivering high-quality customer service across Visitor Services and Box Office and the Horsham Regional Art Gallery. You will be responsible for providing guidance and information to customers, ensuring their experience is exceptional.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The successful applicant will have minimum Year 12 education and relevant customer service experience in highly visible public industries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
You will be working closely with Venue staff to provide administration support and contribute to the delivery of events and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and customers
* Deliver accurate and timely information about events, exhibitions and services
* Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives
* Work collaboratively with Venue staff to achieve business objectives
