As a Recruitment Consultant at Zeal Personnel, you will be an integral part of our established Recruitment Team.
We have a seasoned recruitment team with many years under our belts, you will have the opportunity to be mentored and supported by the best in business.
You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and recruiting your own talent pool of quality candidates whilst maintaining a team of skilled candidates across our Construction, Civil, Mining and Industrial divisions, covering both Blue and White Collar.
Your ability to provide exceptional service and smooth collaboration, will be the keys to your success, every step of the way
This role isn't for the feint hearted - it is for someone who thrives on connection, accountability, and the satisfaction of seeing both people and businesses succeed.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
* Will be an accomplished and personable professional with 3+ years of proven experience working in the Labour Hire industry or related field.
* Someone who understands that strong relationship management and professional communication skills are more than just words written on a LinkedIn post or CV.
* Someone who has a proactive, hands-on approach to customer service and keen eye for organic opportunities for our people.
* Someone who isn't afraid to roll up the sleeves, jump in the trenches and support their teammates, through any situation.
* Will have sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, awards and enterprise agreements.
* And importantly, we're looking for someone who will bring a 'people-centric' mindset and a collaborative spirit to their work.
* Previous experience using JobAdder will be highly regarded
