About the Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated Cooks / Chefs to join our commercial kitchen operations in Dubbo and Sydney. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to recipes and quality standards
* Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP) standards
* Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
* Minimise food wastage and follow portion control guidelines
Requirements & Skills
* Relevant qualification or proven experience as a Cook or Chef
* Minimum 1–2 years experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
* Knowledge of Australian food safety standards
* Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
* Strong time-management and organisational skills
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
