Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Crafting compelling and concise agency briefs
* Executing marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently
* Developing visual and written communication materials
* Handling consumer feedback and inquiries professionally
* Analysing marketing performance and translating insights into action
* Applying marketing theories to real-world consumer behaviours and business decisions
* Learning various marketing systems such as Asana and Typo3
* Nurturing collaborative working relationships with peers
* Participating in market visits, cellar door and vintage activities, and key events
* Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
About You
The company is looking for:
* Recent graduates with tertiary qualifications in a marketing and/or related business discipline.
* Motivated, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and take ownership
* Creative thinkers eager to learn and grow
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening
Training & Development
* Comprehensive Graduate Program with exposure to no less than four marketing specialisations over two years
