Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager


This role offers a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the coordination and delivery of transaction management services, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to real estate standards across Australia and New Zealand.

The Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact by developing robust financial plans, building strong relationships with team leaders, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, deliver, and quality assure all transaction management services.

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client lease obligations and ensure client satisfaction remains at the forefront of operational activities.

- Develop targeted goals aimed at cost control and enhancing the efficiency of the client's real estate portfolio.

- Build and cultivate strong relationships with team leaders to drive operational and strategic objectives.

- Provide additional transactional assistance across the APAC region when required, ensuring seamless execution of services.

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, encouraging innovative thinking and proactive solutions.

- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and aligned with contractual obligations.

- Develop and implement strategic plans designed to maximise the value of the client's property portfolio.

- Oversee the quality of all client reporting, standardising systems and processes to enhance clarity and effectiveness.

- Leverage best practices, industry knowledge, and current market data to identify risks and seize opportunities within the client's portfolio.

Requirements:

- A relevant bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in commercial real estate.

- Outstanding customer service skills.

- Basic understanding of PowerBI and other data and dashboard technology.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent time management skills and adaptability to change.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to prioritise quality and accuracy.

- Ability to take initiative and perform work independently.

- Must be an Australian Citizen.
