Support Young People in Out of Home Care

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our Out of Home Care team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with young people who require care and support outside of their family home.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and advocacy to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Children, Youth & Family Intervention or commitment to undertaking this training within 12 months.
* Valid Victorian or NSW driver's licence.
* Current Level 2 First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
