Maintain and develop efficient processes to facilitate the supply and sale of home and land packages, while supporting sales consultants in displays with these packages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to growing ABC Homes' market share through real estate agents, property referrers, land developers, and financial planners.
2. Achieve monthly budgets for deposits and contract signings within agreed gross margin targets.
3. Evaluate current business procedures ensuring alignment with ABC Homes branding integrity. Ensure consistent implementation across all business areas.
