What You'll Do
* Provide expert HR advice to executives and managers on performance, change management, job design, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
* Partner with leaders to design solutions for sensitive and complex HR challenges.
* Drive initiatives in organisational development, wellbeing, and workforce planning.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a proactive HR service approach.
* Coach and influence leaders to adopt contemporary and inclusive HR practices.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a senior-level HR Business Partner or HR Advisor (public sector experience highly regarded).
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and industrial relations frameworks.
* Expertise in managing sensitive ER/IR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (desirable).
