Emergency Nurse – Full time Team Lead Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of experienced emergency nurses in collaboration with other team leaders, Veterinary Director, and Practice Manager
* Support a positive culture and have fun with your team
* Maintain a high standard of patient and client care
* Communicate effectively with your team
* Rostered alongside your team leading by example
* Engage in ongoing professional development
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing. Preferably experienced in a leadership position (Practice Manager)
* 5 + years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency/critical care role
* Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anaesthesia monitoring)
* Calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient and client care
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster with time to plan for your team's success
