We are seeking a confident and passionate Lead Educator who can work both independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team. If you are a qualified Lead educator with robust leadership qualities and a genuine commitment to children's learning and wellbeing, then we want to hear from you.
In this role you will Lead the planning, documentation and implementation of engaging learning experiences aligned with EYLF. Work independently with confidence while also contributing meaningfully to a cohesive team while building warm, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalentBachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
