Role Responsibilities
* Support ASX core network, including Datacentre Network, Internet, Office, Service Provider Network, Network Monitoring, and Security. Contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
* Respond to support incidents promptly. Resolve incidents, problems, and change requests to meet service levels.
* Manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines. Operate within ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
* Adhere to ASX’s values, policies, and procedures.
* Contribute to designing and implementing projects.
* Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to provide innovative solutions.
* Manage Network Infrastructure, including Monitoring and Capacity Planning.
* Assist in deploying networks for projects.
* Review processes for efficiency and proactivity.
Candidate Requirements
* Solid experience with F5 technologies.
* Knowledge of EVPN, VRF, MPLS, NAT, QoS, VPN.
* Experience with Automation tools such as AWS/GCP.
* Support and delivery experience with large-scale networks.
* Hands-on with F5 (LTM, GTM, APM, ASM), including design, support, and upgrades.
* Experience with Palo Alto Security technologies.
* Stakeholder negotiation skills and customer interface experience.
* Experience maintaining mission-critical networks and developing monitoring metrics.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary degree in computer science, engineering, or telecommunications.
* Vendor certifications like CCNP/CCIE; F5 certification preferred.
* Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS support.
* Scripting skills in Python, Gitlab.
* Experience with network monitoring and mentoring team members.
