As a HR Advisor, you will proactively deliver across HR activities, driving a positive employee experience that directly supports and contributes to the success of our client's values.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of all People Team activities from systems to talent reviews, supporting employees and managers with HR guidance and issue resolution.
* Work closely with the wider HR team on various initiatives to deliver value across the organization.
* Contribute to enhancing HR governance by assisting with reporting and audits and maintaining accurate HR records via the HRIS system - SuccessFactors.
To be successful in this role, you will have a formal HR qualification and have a sound understanding and working knowledge of Australian Employment Law. With a background working in a large complex business, you will have high attention to detail and strong business and commercial acumen.
