Leadership Role for Sales Team
This is a hands-on leadership position with a highly respected team. You will play a key role in providing proactive support to the sales team to facilitate new sales of Canon solutions through various channels. Your main responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the National Sales Manager and relevant Sales Managers.
* Coordinating and gathering key information needed to run the business, such as sales forecasts, WIPS, and ad hoc reports.
* Coordinating marketing activities, conferences, and functions.
* Facilitating effective management communications to all stakeholders within the business.
* Assisting with customer issues escalations regarding service and sales.
* Communicating with marketing and inside sales for lead generation activities.
* Liaising with customers and the business to provide input to the development of the strategic sales plan.
* Managing data accuracy within SFDC.
As a successful candidate, you have previous experience in call center management or leading administration teams in a sales organization. You know how to define national processes to drive efficiencies and great outcomes for the sales teams. You are a great manager who leads by example and delivers excellent service to sales teams and customers.
