Overview WORK SITE: BinduliPACKAGE: Salary + Performance Bonus + Residential Allowance + Site Allowance + Insurance + Private Health + Gym Membership Discount + Other Benefits, Up to $150,000 per annum+Allowances+Bonus About the Role As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will be responsible for transforming maintenance plans and work orders into safe, efficient, and executable daily and weekly schedules.
This includes aligning labour, equipment access, permits, tooling, and materials to ensure timely completion of work.Working closely with planners, supervisors, operations, and supply teams, you will ensure maintenance activities are prioritised based on statutory requirements, equipment criticality, and operational demands.
You will also play a key role in shutdown coordination, schedule compliance, and driving continuous improvement in asset availability.
Responsibilities Develop and issue short-term maintenance schedules that optimise labour, equipment access, permits, and partsPrioritise and sequence maintenance activities in line with safety, compliance, and operational needsConfirm job readiness by reviewing work packs, permits, and resourcing prior to executionCoordinate with operations to minimise downtime and maximise fleet availabilityIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts, adjusting priorities where requiredMaintain and update SAP scheduling data, crew allocations, and task timingsSupport shutdown planning and coordination for major maintenance eventsTrack and report schedule adherence, highlighting delays and improvement opportunitiesContribute to continuous improvement of scheduling tools, processes, and dashboards Skills and Experience Trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or Cert IV in Maintenance Planning/SchedulingMinimum 3 years' experience in a mobile fleet or fixed plant scheduling role within mining or heavy industryStrong knowledge of HME maintenance workflows, statutory servicing intervals, and OEM requirementsProficiency with SAP PM / AMT or equivalent CMMSSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools (Project, Prometheus, Primavera)Strong technical writing, reporting, and communication skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively with operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams Advantages Permanent full-time roles with an immediate start.Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum for employees located in Kalgoorlie.Receive up to $4.8k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.Receive up to 10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary or more.Fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or an allowance of $4.8k.Fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or an allowance of $2.4k.Pro-rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service, and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.Work with a team that prioritises safety while ensuring you achieve your best output.And more!
