We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations in multiple locations across Australia.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage housekeeping operations ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective resource allocation.
* Lead and motivate staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including General Managers, front office, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations and client expectations through rigorous monitoring and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a similar environment, preferably 4 or 5-star hotels.
* Strong leadership skills: ability to drive performance, productivity, and quality.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Experience managing staff, including recruitment, development, rostering, and performance improvement.
