The Role
As a Mortgage Broker With PictureWealth Lending, You Will
* Manage inbound referrals and client enquiries
* Deliver tailored lending solutions aligned to each client's broader financial strategy
* Guide clients through the full lending journey, from strategy and application through to settlement
* Work closely with Financial Advisers and internal support teams to deliver a seamless client experience
* Maintain compliance and uphold high standards of professional and ethical service
About You
You're a lending professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to do great work in a supportive, well-structured environment. You'll bring:
* Proven experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank)
* A natural ability to connect with clients and guide them through important financial decisions
* A client-first mindset, with pride in delivering quality outcomes
* A collaborative approach and interest in working closely with advisers and support teams
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred, but not essential)
