Job Title: Director of Human Resources Strategy
The Senior People & Culture Business Partner will support the delivery of people and culture programs and initiatives to add value and support the achievement of the overall organisation strategy.
* Partnering with Executive and Senior business leaders to deliver on IFM's strategy through its people, utilising people data and insights to define and drive actionable people plans to deliver business results.
* Providing leadership support and coaching with a focus on building leader capability, shifting culture and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with P&C Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to shape the design and delivery of IFM's people strategy to meet business needs.
* Advising and supporting cyclical people activities including remuneration, performance management and development, engagement and talent management.
* Acting as a change agent to drive and support organisational transformation initiatives.
