Protech are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator based in Dalby to work with one of our National clients on some exciting infrastructure power generation projects.
Job Overview: This role has a vision of ongoing works due to the large scope of works ahead. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that designs, builds and sustains assets, infrastructure and facilities and is a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and Recent Zealand.
Compensation: $37 (casual) per hour + penalties (overtime, after 7.6 ordinary time).
Schedule: Monday to Friday role based at our clients Dalby office, working 6:30am to 5pm. Weekly wages from Protech.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Timesheet management
* Data entry
* Generating low risk low value POs (knowledge of JDEGs/JD Edwards would be great but not critical)
* Admin support for the HSE team (PPE orders, daily record keeping and filing both physical and digital copies)
* Advanced Computer literacy is essential.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
