Job Description We are expanding our team in Alexandria and are looking for a passionate and dedicated independent Registered Psychologist Contractor to join us in making a positive impact in our community.We are seeking Registered Psychologists in Penrith with experience working with NDIS participants.In this role, you will:Manage a caseload of NDIS Participants across the lifespan and from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds, completing therapeutic processes in a timely manner.Undertake comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpret findings, and collaboratively determine and achieve goals aligned with NDIS Plan objectives.Deliver person-centred, tailored interventions with a systemic focus, including therapeutic support and stakeholder training.Monitor, interpret, report, and address signs and symptoms of risk and acute distress during therapeutic interventions.Provide written reports to NDIS outlining progress reviews and ongoing needs.Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory guidelines.What we offer:Flexibility - Manage your own schedule.Benefits and Support - Access to professional development, free clinical supervision, and opportunities to attend workshops or team events.Abundance of Clients - Align your clinical preferences and work close to home.Passionate and Uplifting Culture - Be part of a purpose and values-driven organisation focused on delivering outstanding service to NDIS participants.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will have:Current general registration with AHPRA.Experience working with NDIS participants.Excellent time management, communication, and writing skills.Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.Active ABN.
