While the agency is our core focus, we also build brands on the side—giving you a front-row seat to what it takes to turn an idea into something profitable.This real-world exposure sharpens our marketing edge—because we don’t just pitch ideas, we practice what we preach (with our own money on the line).Key Responsibilities:To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.Execute cross-channel strategies, primarily focused on SEO and paid ads (sometimes branching into email and organic social).Spot growth opportunities, whether that’s through untapped channels, new content ideas, or smarter systems.Understand the bigger picture of growth marketing—what really drives consumer conversion.Confidently explore or experiment with AI tools and workflow automations (or be eager to learn from us).Take ownership of your lane—you’ll be the boss of your avenue, trusted to lead without hand-holding.The Vibe:We’re big on personality.
