About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Youth Development Support Professional to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential care program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver therapeutic care and support to children and young people
* Participate in daily household duties and maintain a clean and organized living environment
* Implement current best practice in therapeutic interventions for trauma and attachment
* Contribute to education, socialization, and recreational activities that promote emotional well-being and personal growth
* Develop and maintain effective communication and record-keeping practices, including report writing
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or other equivalent qualification in Social Work/Youth Work
* Commit to ongoing professional development and training
* Hold a valid driver's license
