Are you an experienced Application Support Analyst looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in supporting Microsoft products such as SharePoint and MS Teams?
We are on the lookout for an exceptional addition to our growing team of senior IT professionals, someone with 2+ years' experience who can help us enable digital success. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be involved in a range of cloud tools playing a part in helping transform the justice system and create real-life impacts.
You will be able to deliver and support significant digital solutions and be part of a growing team of digital services specialists managing strategic platforms for the Ministry.
You will be responsible for providing effective levels of support for shared services enabling collaboration and productivity through a range of products such as M365 (SharePoint, Teams etc), MS Dynamics and other collaboration tools. You will work closely with a range of IT professionals within your team as well as stakeholders from various business groups across the Ministry.
The Applications Support Analyst is a key role engaging with business users to resolve incidents and gather data to assist in the identification of defects and problem records. To be effective in the role, the Application Support Analyst will maintain a working knowledge of Ministry processes and procedures used to deliver Justice services.

When assessing applications for this role, we are looking for someone with these skills and experience:
Experience with application support of Microsoft products such as M365 SharePoint & Teams, MS Dynamics, Azure DevOps and Power Platform
Excellent communication skills
Maintain application support processes, collect performance statistics and report creation
Prioritises and diagnoses incidents according to agreed processes
Training of applications to stakeholders
Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $82,770 and $112,332 per annum based on skills and experience.
