Procurement Lead FF&E
Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) oversees the end‑to‑end process of selecting, procuring, purchasing, delivering, and installing furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) for major health infrastructure projects. The role includes planning, developing, negotiating, and delivering procurement activities for both clinical and non‑clinical equipment across capital projects, ensuring a client‑focused and transparent approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and provide high‑quality FF&E procurement advice and services, including procurement planning, sourcing documentation development, release and evaluation processes, and contract negotiation, formation, management, and administration.
* Contribute to high‑level professional practice by applying contemporary procurement strategies for healthcare facilities in line with Queensland Health and Whole‑of‑Government policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Oversee FF&E program delivery across multiple projects, including scheduling and coordinating item delivery to align with shifting project timelines.
