This growth has opened up an opportunity for a motivated engineering surveyor to join our talented close‐knit team. Specialising in Civil, Building, Rail and Drone Surveying, we seek an experienced Survey Technician to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Survey Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high‐quality surveying services across various engineering projects, including pipelines, roads, bridges, buildings and feature surveys. Your responsibilities will include:
* Perform survey calculations, drafting and reports where required using the appropriate survey software;
* Plan and manage daily survey tasks, ensuring alignment with project timeframes.
* Liaise with clients to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with their requirements;
* Collaborate with the team to ensure that all work 都 understood and performed efficiently and effectively;
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all processes are met; and
* Display a commitment to safety and efficiency in field and office‐(Button) surveying tasks.
About you
First and foremost, you have a passion for the surveying field. You will bring at least 2 years' experience in this field and ideally hold a minimum Certificate III in Surveying (not essential dependant on your level of experience). Additionally, you will have:
* Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center and/or 12D;
* Ability to work both autonomously and in a team;
* Strong time management and organisational skills;
