* Maintain the upkeep of organisational vehicles and equipment at optimal levels without compromising quality or safety.
* Oversee regular maintenance, upgrades and servicing of vehicles.
* Efficiently facilitate the return of vehicles to operational standards without jeopardising vehicle safety.
* Coordinate effective transportation of vehicles, parts and equipment.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of latest techniques for servicing and repairs.
* Improve the fleet's quality through modifications using improved repair methods.
* Deliver vehicles to external contractors for repairs while sourcing and collecting necessary parts to meet operational requirements.
* Provide technical support to internal stakeholders on technical information and repairs.
* Log service and repair details on service/fault sheets and update fleet management system records.
* Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
Required Skills:
